the two bed room apartment was spacious. i found it to be very clean. the water pressure was high.
the staff did not add all adults for breakfast , but only four adults for two rooms. it was inconvenient. i believe kids should have been added as a courtesy.

the apartment was VERY spacious. the hotel staff offered SUPER service. the pool area had amazing views of the ocean. mosques! city! mountains! wow.
I had some delays with services. It took 3-4 calls to reception to get a toothbrush after one hour. That felt mad really like a slow response. food waited at reception. No one wanted to bring it up due to staff shortage, so i collected it myself.

the rooftop swimming pool is amazing. the fitness room included many gym equipment. the fitness area overlooks sadiq al amin mosque. there's also a spa and an outdoor garden with a children's play area.

mr munther al-ameri and ms hanadi at the reception desk were very nice! they were respectful and helpful. ms reem and ms shikhah were professional! the staff provided excellent service throughout the hotel.

the beds provided great comfort. the suite was spacious, offering ample room to relax. i liked the view of the local masjid from the window. parking was convenient and readily available .
The hotel needs some maintenance. Certain areas seemed to lack cleanliness.
